The 2017 pool pass application is now available!  Apply early to avoid the last minute rush.

You DO NOT need to submit a pool pass application if:

- You are a Manchester Farm homeowner (tenants must apply for new passes yearly); and,

- You and all members of your household have already been issued barcoded pool passes; and,

- There are no changes to the information previously provided. Please note that birthdates will be automatically updated so anyone who will change age categories this year (e.g. from a child to an adult membership) does not need to submit a new application.

You will receive a notice confirming that your pool membership has been reactivated for the upcoming season as well as one 2017 guest pass before the pool opens.

You DO need to submit a pool pass application if any of the following applies to you:

- You live in Manchester Farm but do not own your residence

- You were not previously issued a barcoded pool pass or have lost your pass

- You would like to add or remove an individual from yourmembership

- Your child is now 3 years or older and needs a pool pass

You will not be permitted to use the pool if any of thefollowing applies to you:

- Your account balance (or that of your landlord) is not current. Please note that your access to the pool may be restricted at any time during the season if your account shows an unpaid balance.

- You do not have a picture or emergency contact information onfile.

- Any other information (including birthdates) is missing fromyour membership record.

Although you may have pool passes or be sent new ones, you will not be allowed in to the pool if any of the above applies to you or your household. You will be notified before the pool opens if any of these conditions apply to you as of the date that your application is processed or your membership is reactivated for the season.
