Oatland Farm homeowners and residents can place advertising for personal related matters for free.  Personal related matters include second home rentals, advertising of babysitting or similar services, yard/garage sale notices and personal or real property for sale.  Homeowners who place advertising for business purposes will receive a discounted rate as follows:

6 months	$55.00	$75.00
9 months	$80.00	$110.00
12 months	$100.00	$130.00

Advertisements will be added to the website at the beginning of each quarter (i.e. January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1).  Advertisements and full payment, if applicable, must be submitted at least ten days prior to the beginning of the quarter.  For more on our advertising policies, see the Documents section of this website.
