A resale package contains most of the information regarding Oatland Farm Homeowners Association that sellers are required to provide to potential home buyers.
Packages can be purchased for $200 by submitting the enclosed form. Packages take 3-5 business days to process, but can be prepared faster for an additional $25 rush fee. Checks should be made payable to Oatland Farm Homeowners Association and may be dropped off at the time the package is picked up.
Packages may be picked up at 20440 Century Blvd., Suite 100, Germantown, MD 20874 during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday).
